Ending Relationships: Telling the Truth

Alright we're talking about dissolving relationships. And what I want to talk about now is honesty and self reflection. When you finally make a decision, or as you're going through the decision process to decide whether you want to end this relationship or not. Well first of all, that's something that you really should do. You need to process, you need to think about the pros and the cons. Why does this work, why doesn't this work? And come up with a reason, why is it really that you want to end this relationship? We've talked about these big responses like it just doesn't work anymore. So not only do you need to be specific, but more than that, you need to be honest. Don't just make up lies for the sake of having a reason. Well it just doesn't work anymore, well I just don't really like you anymore. Well, I just don't want to work here anymore. But why? Don't lie, don't even lie to yourself as you're determining whether or not to dissolve the relationship. Truthfully reflect on this relationship, and end it with truth.
