Hi my name is Seth Gordon coming at you Boca Raton, Florida on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to be covering several steps in the dance hall and reggaeton music. We are going to cover some steps that are beginner and advance. If you have questions or you feel like you have to practice go ahead and watch this sequence again and practice. Now like I was explaining before the whole idea of these little contractions because what goes on the dance hall everybody is very loose, very free. So you want to you don't want to do this non of that. Okay. So if I'm falling forward. My chest is out. When I pick it up I contract. Okay. You could do that this way. Step forward, bounce, bounce, step back, bounce, bounce, bounce, bounce. Well I hope you had fun today what we did today was cover several different movements and body techniques, things that are going to help you along with dancing to dance hall and reggaeton. This was the begin session my name is Seth Gordon on behalf of Expert Village I hope you had a good time and practice.
