Hi my name is Seth Gordon coming at you Boca Raton, Florida on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to be covering several steps in the dance hall and reggaeton music. We are going to cover some steps that are beginner and advance. If you have questions or you feel like you have to practice go ahead and watch this sequence again and practice. We are going to do one of my favorite it is called give me a run or the running man. It is a little different in dance hall. It looks like this. Okay now what we are doing let me profile this way. We are going to hop on to our left foot like this, my right foot goes back. Now it is just like running when you do this our right arm is going to go back with it. 1, now just throw your arm up, 1, now the opposite, 2,3,4,5,6,7,81,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. Now if I do this fast it looks like this. It is suppose to very animated, very fun, and it is that easy. Like I said it is just like running. Left leg your right leg could go out first either one just make sure it is opposite, hand opposite play. Make it goofy, make it big. Well I hope you had fun today what we did today was cover several different movements and body techniques, things that are going to help you along with dancing to dance hall and reggaeton. This was the begin session my name is Seth Gordon on behalf of Expert Village I hope you had a good time and practice.
