Okay, team was written all over me. Let me tell you why. Like I said, the teams within brokerage firms usually will have everything into place. They'll have the person answering the phone, which you can always have that, but they'll have, they'll have the meat of getting those leads calling in, so they'll have a lot of leads usually to kind of put you away. That's exciting. You don't, usually you don't pay for business cards, they'll pay for your marketing, they'll pay for your fliers, you'll even get to put their sign in the yard. That's right. If you're on the team, you're putting their sign in your yard. So if you're on my team, you're putting Shelly Davis team. So as far as branding, there's, we all may not understand what branding is but part of team can be wonderful because it can get you that income quick, especially if you don't have that back up income coming in behind you or you don't have a years worth of savings or what have you. Because part of being a realtor is deciding on independence, team, how my money sits, how my money will sit, because one thing I need to talk to you about is the Board dues. That's another subject, Board dues.
