Real Estate Testing Tips

Okay, you've taken everything you've learned in that prep class and the best way, this is what, again works for me. We're all different people. I, I basically there remember going home, taking my little tape recorder, reading through the books, saying it back, I just do beautifully in memorizing and taking it in. Take the test the day after you've taken your exam prep and you've studied. Don't wait because it's not a pretty sight. Take that test. You're going to go in there, you're going to be rested, you've hopefully gotten a good night sleep, and eat a good breakfast. Even if you don't like breakfast, pick up a taco please on the way. Just be calm. It is going to be a very interesting environment when you go in because remember, the Texas Real Estate Commission, they're wonderful people, but they're serious about their job. They're getting ready to license you in your state, and that's a huge honor. So they're very serious about their job. Don't let that intimidate you. Go in there with a clear mind and be prepared to take a test. They're not trying to trick you. But be prepared to take a test where there's going to probably be multiplication. Not multiplication, multiple questions, multiple answers. So we'll talk about that.
