Preparing for Real Estate Test

Great o'kay, you're preparing for the final exam. There's a lot of ways you can do that. You can rush out to a major book supplier right now and ready every book there is on taking the exam. Is that the way I did it? No. Guys please don't do that, it may work for you and maybe you think I've got to read these books. Most schools will have what they call an exam prep class and I think that class might run you about $120 or $125. It is so worth it. You are literally sitting in another class room but not for 30 hours. You might be sitting in a classroom for six hours the first day, five hours the next day and basically what you're doing is you're flooding your brain with anything and everything that could be on the test. Well let me tell you this, you sit in that class and when you sit down to take that test, nothing you have studied is on that test, I'm just kidding. No, really it's wonderful, it prepares you and then you know don't leave it at that. I've talked to a lot of realtors and they've just walked out of that prep class and they've gone out to have a few margaritas, don't do that, please.
