About National & State Reality Tests

Okay you've made it through these classes, and I'm sorry maybe I didn't prepare you. Some of them are great. It depends on who is in the class and who is teaching the class and that's part of finding a great school. You're going to have some pretty awesome instructors. I teach real estate and I'm not priding myself on being a great instructor, but it's we all have those instructors that kind of talk like this, and today we're talking about that, but you've gotten through it. I'm so proud of you. You guys it's awesome. You've made it through. So you've taken your classes. Okay, take a big sigh because now comes the big test. In every state there's going to be a national test and there is going to be a state test. There are actually going to be two tests. Now throughout all this I haven't talked anything about the math. There's going to be a little bit of math. You're looking at a girl and math is not her favorite subject. There is going to be, and hear me say it again, there's going to be a little bit of math. Can you add? Can you subtract? Can you divide? Are you good on the calculator? Get r done. You're doing it see. Okay good for you.
