Real Estate School Costs

I've been talking about the school, and you're probably thinking, well you haven't talked about the cost. How much does something like this probably cost? Well, I'm going to give you a rough estimate. You're probably going to take thirty, what they call thirty core courses, thirty hours worth of core courses for each core course. So that could be about two hundred, let's say thirty times five, it'd be about a hundred and fifty dollars worth. That seems insane. Really it's not. Courses are going to run you anywhere from a hundred and twenty-five dollars, to a hundred and fifty dollars. So be prepared to borrow some money from Aunt Suzie, you've got a little bit in savings. Trust me, it's all, it's so worth it. It's so, it's so amazing. Again, you're getting, you're getting your real estate license just to have and to hold to sell your own home, or to make it a full career, to do it part-time, whatever. It's a great path to follow. So anyway, you're in the core class now and you're taking the courses. It's a pretty full, pretty full load, but it's not that hard, it really isn't. You know, if you've taken a test before, it's some basic information and you just have to really listen, take good notes.
