Realtor Application Process

Okay so you're on the phone with Karen. "Hi Karen, it's Susan and I'm thinking about becoming a realtor and is this the Real Estate Commsion?" "Yes it is". "What do I need to get my license?" "Well, basically you're going to need, do you have any college?" "Yes I do." "Okay, we're going to need to get copies of your college, we need, we need the courses that you have taken". Okay, so this is, so Karen's got some college. So again, she's going to at that point ask you where she can send you an application, things like that. So you're going to, you'll be filling out, physically filling out an application to basically apply to be a realtor in your state. It's a very general application. Now the big thing is, yes, age requirements are no factor. You can be seventy-eight years old. But no criminal records here guys, sorry. So get on the phone and have that application sent to you right away and then if you do have some college, or a GED, try to find that. If not, it's okay.
