Flexibility in Real Estate Careers

Okay, now you've gotten excited. You really want to do this. You're going to start looking at houses differently. And you're going to start thinking about how can you fit this into your life. Let's say you're working a full-time job. The good news with real estate is you can work this part-time. You can work it full-time. And now you're thinking, ah classes, okay when can I work this in. That's the neat thing with real estate. There's so much flexibility, not just in being a Realtor, but taking the courses and the classes, and things like that. Well now that it's on your brain, when you get in the car, and you're going to be driving down the road and you're going to look at houses. The neat thing about this career is everybody at some point is going to want to buy a house, or is going to sell a house. Or if you live in an apartment, you might be thinking, how do I get a house. Well so many States have first time home buyer programs. Austin Texas, right now, even has forty thousand for first time home buyers. Isn't that cool? So, anyway, once it's in your blood, it's going to be hard to let it go. You're going to be driving down the road looking at signs, looking at logos and all kinds of neat things. So, just get in your car and start looking at those houses.
