How to Torque Top Strut Mount Nuts
Hi my name is Nat McCullough on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this clip we are going to talk about the proper way to retorque the upper strut mount bolts. What I like to do is run one of these down. What that would do is pull the other two or possibly three depending on if it says 3-4 bolts style. So it would pull them up nice and snug for me so I could run the other ones the majority of the weight down with my fingers. Alright. Slip them on there like so. Alright the torque specification for these are going to be approximately a half turn to a full turn pass contact. Right there. We are going to reinstall our weather boot and we are done with the actual upper portion of the strut mount right there.
