Major Highways for Country Guitar
Hey! This is Josh from The Mother Truckers. We are going over some country licks today. This one I like to refer to as one of the major highways just in a sense that most country lead playing is made up of major scales but they are not just straight do, re, mi. You sort of leave some of these notes out and you can create these highways to get from the bottom up to the top. One I like to use an E and it goes and slowly like this. So what I've done is taken some of the notes out of the major scales and that particular one I left out is the natural 7 and I just sort of edited it out.
