Doga Sun Salutations, a Yoga Pose for Dogs & Humans

Number five sun salutations. I first started practicing doga when I was doing my own yoga on a mat at home Toby and my other dogs wanted to be right were I was. So anytime I came down to a floor my dog would jump on top of me. When ever I came into standing to weave in between my legs. So one fine way that I corporate them into my practice so they could feel connected to what I was doing. So this first exercise I'm going to do is from sun salutations and I'm just going to be the human doing this. I really want your objective to doing this sun salutation it would just begin to smooth your breath to calm your breath and again when we allow ourself to become relax and peaceful when our body release tension and our breath is nice and slow. We send a message to our dog that everything is okay that we are at peace and our dog could be at peace also. Lets inhale and raise our arms out to the side. Take a deep breath in. exhale. But the arms a side a leap with the heart fuller. If your dog is in front of you give him a little kiss or a pet. Inhale half way. Bring the spine parallel with the floor. Exhale full. If your dog is walking off that is okay. Again don't allow your mind to become agitated by what your doggy is doing just feel okay. Lets take two more inhales and exhale fold. Inhale halfway and exhale fold. Inhale. ....back and hold the belly in and exhale standing. Do one last series inhale and exhale relieving any tension that you are holding on to. Inhale and lift the heart, lift the crown of the head and exhale fold. Stretch the back of the legs. Inhale hold the belly in come into a flat back and exhale to standing.
