Serving Pizza
Hi my name is Greg Goldberg on behalf of Expert Village you can reach us at www.minettis.com. Today in this segment we are going to be talking about taking your pizza out of the oven and cutting it up for enjoyment. We are going to take our metal pizza peal because again it is nice and thin, easy to get under the pizza, we are going to open the oven up and check it out. You see the cheese bubbling, pepperoni is starting to crisp and kind of lurch up to the sky up there. You notice underneath the pizza it is a nice golden brown color. That means your pizza is fully done and the top and the bottom is baked perfectly. You are going to angle slightly up about 45 degree and just get under the pizza. Come back down level take it right out of the oven. We are going to place this on our pizza pan. Now we are going to cut it with our pizza wheel. Pizza wheel again it could be purchase at any basic pizza or a kitchen store, kitchen capers again I'm sure they have them. What you do you hold it in your hand press down firmly to cut the crust, and then slowly work your way across in a back and forth motion. So your pepperoni doesn't slide all over the place. Then you move your pizza it is always easier to move the pizza then to cut in a weird angle. One last cut.
