Homemade Pepperoni Pizza
Hi my name is Greg Goldberg on behalf of Expert Village you can reach us at www.minettis.com. In this we are going to be talking about applying pepperoni in to a pizza. In the last segment we talked about cheese and how to put the cheese on the pizza. Next part is to put the topping. In this case we are going to use pepperoni. Couple of secrets in applying pepperoni number one when you get a hand full of pepperoni you want to place them in your hand like a deck of cards. You want to fan them out slightly. Then what you do is you place them as close or faraway as you want. Depending on how much pepperoni you like. Starting on the outside ring again and working your way in. in no time you would be making pepperoni pizza just as fast as you can. Again we are going to make a stack and fan it out. Once you laying them down in a nice quick fashion and the good thing about doing it your self is you cant put as little or as much as pepperoni as you like. I usually to get around six to eight slice of pepperoni per slice of pizza. Which we are going to cut in eight slices.
