So this is what jostling looks like when you're performing it on your horse. Again, you, and now if your horse hasn't had this done before, you may find it helpful to hold their halter and work on them with one hand. And you pull the muscles towards you slowly, light pressure, work your way back up their neck, moderate pressure, working your way down and then back up and heavier pressure, where you're really pulling on them. Again, it's really important that your horse be fully warmed up when you're doing this. Most horses do like this once they've given it a chance, once they get used to what you're trying to do. And then, I like to close by doing some light jostling up and down one time. Down and then back up.
