Parkour Training : Simple Vault

The urban movement that I am going to try and explain to you right now is called the simple vault. It is one of the most used vaults of all traceurs. You are going to be trying to get over the object using both hands and you are going to take and raise your hip up vertical over the object. It is probably what you would do normally if you are a little kid or just trying to get over an object But you place both hands down or one hand and you are just going to try and throw yourself up and over the object using your shoulders to push you up and over. Also when you try and begin this move, you are going to try and step in to it or you can punch. It's more of a style but you are going to be able to have more flow and efficiency if you actually step in and out of the move and remember to always push out of your toes.
