Next point we're going to work is bladder 10 or heaven pillar. And this is literally right at the back of the head or the occiput as they call it, right on either side. A lot of times dogs really like this area worked. A lot of people probably pet this area, rub this area on their dog regularly anyway. This is a real good spot especially for the neck and shoulder area. So if the pain and injury is in this part of the body, spending a little bit of time here is going to be particularly helpful. But, again, it's one that actually helps course the energy right down through the entire lateral meridian. So you are going to want to work this one, it's on both sides, holding it up and down. You can do one finger on each side or you can do a finger and thumb. And just hold the pressure there. Again, this is really really good for the neck especially a relaxing point. So easing the muscles which will get tense. Even, especially in an animal with something like spondylosis where there is a lot of pain. That whole neck area is going to be tense. So, being able to relax it by working these points is going to help that animal a lot.
