Basic Wakeboard Stances

Hello! I’m Francisco Escudero here in Miami, Florida. If you want to learn more about wakeboarding, go to skybanditz.com. So now, we’ve already gotten to simulation mode ready, we’ve already ridden a little bit downwind behind the boat, now we’re going to talk about the different stances. The first one, if you’re right handed and you ride towards the right with your left foot behind, that means you’re goofy footer because your power leg is left leg and your right handed. A right handed person would usually ride this other direction, your power leg being the same as your hand. So this is called regular stance and this is called goofy stance for a right handed person. Same thing would apply to the left hand. The other things is there are two other stances to each side. One of them being toe side. Leaning on the toes, and this is how it would look, with two hands on the bar. Later as you get experienced, you can let go of the other hands.
