Parkour Training : Traveling Kong Vault

Hi! This Matthew Willis with Texas Parkour. I am going to be showing you again another urban movement. This has been coined by different types of groups but mainly it is called quadra pedal motion and there is one specific vault that comes out of quadra pedal motion. You can guess quadra pedal motion is using all four's and you are going to be moving through your environment like this; like a gorilla, like a monkey, any type of animalistic kind of behavior and you are just going to be placing, traveling, with both hands moving simultaneously with either your feet up or your feet down to take you more efficiently through your obstacle.
