Make a Jeans Handbag: Quilting Bottom Panel

Now I'll show you how to quilt the two bottom sections together. And quilting is really just sewing the two pieces together, and doing a lot of stitching. So you can start by just going down the side. And then just continue to sew, you can do it in any kind of a pattern that you want. You can do long stripes, you could zig zag back and forth. It's to hold the two pieces, it makes it a much firmer piece of fabric when you sew the two together. And now I'm just going back and forth. So you just sew and let the machine sort of take the fabric around in sort of a wild fashion. And this will make a nice firm piece of fabric for the bottom.
