Make a Jeans Handbag: Sewing Front & Back Panels

Here we'll top stitch the jeans so that they'll be flat and we'll have a nice sack there. You just slide the pants on to the machine and just make sure that you reinforce a little bit to knot it back and forth and just top stitch right along that folded section. And then for the back, we'll turn it inside out and with right sides together we'll sew this down. You can trim out the excess right here and then we'll turn it back. Next I'll show you how to cut a bottom and we'll piece the bottom in.
