In this segment we're going to talk about the Yank style White Crane Spreads Wings, which comes from Lift hand. So as we turn to our left, we let our right hand scoop downwards. So, the palm is facing in and we just let it take this trajectory. As we do that we turn our right toe in, shift the weight to the right leg, take your left heel off the ground. The left hand that floated up in front of this shoulder is to protect the face or to grab a shoulder. The right hand that come across the body. Now we turn to the corner, crossing the hands, bringing the foot in. Circle the foot out, keeping the weight on your right leg, open your arms outward like a Crane spreading it's wings, making sure that you don't rise your body here. Keep your body sunk, open yourself outward, from your shoulders outward. The right hand pushing up towards the sky, left hand down to the ground. As you notice, there's a crescent moon shape in my arm. It creates like a Yin-yang diagram moving through your body. The left toe is just touching lightly on the ground.
