Pilates Free Weight Exercise: Dynamite

This next exercise is called dynamite because of the position it puts you in. If you're on a mat particularly a cushi mat you may want to come on the floor for more balance. We're going to be coming up on our toes fully articulating that foot to the best of your ability, working the calf and then lowering. Our arms will come a little bit out from the waist. We are going to go ahead and inhale and exhale, inhale bring the waist up and exhale and push down like you are pushing down on dynamite. Inhale up and exhale, push down. Inhale, we're still working the abs. Inhale and if you can you can stay up and just work the weight.
