Women's Self Defense Finger Lock Techniques

If an assailant has a rear naked choke, or a choke from behind on you, that's a bad situation and you want to get out of that as quick as you can. One problem that most people do when they apply this, is they leave their fingers, or their hands, where somebody else can get them. So if he does do that, all you have to do is reach up, grab the fingers, and apply a finger lock. Okay. So if his hand is where you can reach it, here, grab any finger you can and it's that two way motion again, here. That will release the choke. Here, here.. Side.. turtle neck down, with your other hand, reach up, grab any finger you can find, and apply that two-way motion, down.
