Ok, continuing on with the bear hug technique. We're going to look at the same thing; break the grip here with the knuckles into a finger lock. Remember as you turn out use that finger lock two way motion here; from here we're going to teach you a technique. I'm going to break the neck so once again this is only in a life or death situation and it's very serious; don't play around with this. From here once I've got the finger lock the hand that's not being used comes to the jaw. It's kind of a swift motion; I let go, release the jaw and push and pull back. So all together it's boom; opposite hand comes down here, the other hand comes to the jaw. It doesn't matter which way you start but you have to release the neck first; so you could come this way or you can come that way. It doesn't matter but from here let go it goes opposite way; two way action. Boom; here, boom boom. Once again the neck break; release the jaw by pushing and pulling, two way action here and then push and pull back in a quick snapping motion; here, here. Doesn't really matter what angle you get at; boom, boom; release the jaw, you can let go of this hand now and bring it back to the back of the head; pull and push, boom same time.
