In this segment I'm going to show you a general hamstring stretch and like everything we do, it's very important, don't overdo anything. You do to what your flexibility level is. We don't concern ourselves with what we're unable to do. We concern ourselves with what we are able to do. So for this hamstring stretch, you sit down on the back leg and you want to keep your weight completely on this back leg. The front leg is very relax and straight. Then you sit down and slowly let your upper body fold forward, being very careful not to move your center of gravity forward, very similar to Needle At Sea Bottom movement. You can put your hands on the front of your legs. You can let them slide down. You can have them front and back, whatever feels comfortable. And you just slowly let your body fall forward, fall forward till, bringing your head towards your leg. Just drop all the way down, hold it for a few moments, switch the leg, do the other leg. So you don't want to hold it for too long. The idea is to come down and then gently rise back up. There's no rush, don't need to hold it for very long.
