So front leg extension is a little more challenging. We're going to take our supporting leg and bend the knee. And keep that nice and limber. And then we're going to draw the leg up, pulling it up. And reaching down, same the leg that's up. The same hand is going to reach down and grab the foot. From here, we're going to extend the leg out, bending at the knee. Straightening the leg. Holding this out. Now, once you're in the position. Return to your breathing. Relax your body, breathe deep. When you return, you're going to bend a the knee. Draw the foot back and then relax it down. Doesn't necessarily matter, if your leg is completely straight. Simply that you're challenging yourself, to whatever your own ability is.
