Replacing a Tailgate: Re-install Locks, Latches, Inner Gate Mechanisms

Now I'm going to reinstall locks, handles, mechanisms, and door latches back into the new gate from the old gate. Now I'm inserting the lock cylinder into the gate using the spring clip to lock it and to secure it into position. I'm also going to reuse the vapor barrier off of the old gate, carefully trying not to tear it as I remove it. Now I'm removing the latches off the left and right side of the gate. I'm going to reinstall them onto the new gate. Now I'm reinstalling the door locks. Be careful not to scratch the paint when installing any of your hardware or handles. Alright, that's going good.
