Replacing a Tailgate: Re-install Tailgate Tension Spring

Now, I'm going to re-install the tensioner on the lift gate. In order to install the last two bolts on the tensioner, first, I'm going to have to install the bolts on the left side of the gate. The last two bolts, the gate has to be shut.
