Now I'm going to show you how to reassemble your trumpet. First we're going to start of with putting our valves in. We always want to start off in this order. It's very important, if you happen to put a slide in and move it any which way, you could damage the valve casing itself. First of all I'm going to start off with our number "1" valve, and it is marked on the valve, number "1". Put that in there, give it a slight turn, and tighten that down. Make sure there are no clicks on the upstroke. We want to go to our number "2" here. I like to start from "1" to "2" to "3", it kind of just helps keep everything in order, and make sure that your valve is in the proper alignment. Okay, the third valve here. Next we want to go to our bottom caps. Like I said, we'll go ahead and lubricate the bottom cap here a little bit with our 3-in-1, or regular valve oil will work just perfectly fine. These don't have to go on in any particular order. Sometimes you might have a trumpet that has them numbered, if they are, follow those numberings. We'll go with, start with our main tuning slide, we want to press down our third valve here to release the suction in the instrument, help with ease of putting them on. Same thing with our second here, go ahead and put that, wiggle it on in there a little bit. Next with our first valve slide here, and then with our third valve slide. Work your valves a little bit, and make sure everything is working properly. And that is how you reassemble your trumpet!
