In this video we're going to talk about learning how to throw backcrosses for every throw. If you remember, a ball backcross looks like this. Take one ball from the pattern, and you throw it behind your back, just like that. You can do it with both hands, and you need to know how to do it with both hands very cleanly for this pattern. What reverse backcrosses do, it's every single throw is thrown from behind your back. Now this is going to take some practice, and if you watch, when my hands make the throw, they're going to come up very high on my back, almost touching my shoulder blade before they make that throw. And to keep it going, your hands are going to be coming back and hitting your back, then pulling forward. So a throw, again, will be something like this, very high up your back, then pull your hand forward to make the catch. The best way to practice this is work on solid backcrosses out of one hand at a time. So see how many you can string together with your right hand, then the same with your left, and then you just have to go for it and see if you can make it work. Again, this is going to take a lot of practice, it's a hard trick, a lot of people practice for quite a while before making it clean. Get your solid backcrosses with the balls, something like that.
