In this video we're going to be taking about throwing one ball underneath your other arm. Now this is what it looks like. You go into your normal three ball cascade and throw one underneath the far arm. Now the way you do this is a little more complicated. It's not that hard of a trick you should be able to learn it without too much difficulty. But, again you don't want to try this until you've mastered the three ball cascade just like this. What happens is you're going to take your right hand and quickly bring it around underneath your left , like this and throw straight up out of this hand. You're going to have to come out and catch your, catch the left handed throw out here again quickly. So again if you watch, like this, underneath and back out, underneath, and back out. You want to learn to do this with both hands. Just like that. There are a lot of tricks that make use of this. While this doesn't look all that cool just by itself, there are a whole lot of tricks that you'll need to learn this throw for. You want to make sure it's as clean as possible and the outside throw. When you throw it you're going to cross under and throw straight up so that your other hand does not have to move too much. So again in review. Juggling like this, outside, straight up, underneath the other arm, up, up, up.
