Kotegaeshi from Yokomenuchi

Moving slowly with yokomenuchi we've done ikkyo, we've done nikkyo, we've done sankyo, now we'll now do koteagashi. As this comes up, I pass it, rotate this over. As I'm turning. I can't be static here because that second punch will come I promise you, so instead, moving out of the way. Now if he tries to punch me, it's going to be very difficult for him to get around me to do that, and if he does, it's just going to help my case more because as he comes around, I've put him right into koteagashi. Slowly again, one, two, there's koteagashi, three. This is the first way I'll do it. One, two, three. The second way we'll do this is moving to the inside. I like to strike with this. One, right into here, see what that does to his body, if he's throwing a hook punch at me, I can stop it just like this. As I continue this motion slow, it brings right into koteagashi. One more time on this side, slowly. One, two. And a different application for this that I really like, if you want to be kind of mean with this, is as I bring this up, I use my forearm and strike that hand and whip him over into koteagashi. As I do this, I step in with it also. One more application of this, is as you do your sankyo, I'm sorry, one more application for this, as you do your koteagashi, here, is you can take this and drive their elbow back into their own stomach. I really like that. Here, and then take him down.
