Now we're going to be talking about the Backhand Volley. Again, you want to have the same grip for your forehand and your backhand because on the volley you want to spend the less time you can switching grips. You just want to be worried about getting there, getting your feet there and getting the ball back because everything happens way faster in the volley. So, I have my grip, racquet in the back. You can do it with two hands, but I recommend you to start getting use to do it with one hand because it's going to give you; it's going to be a little way more easier to reach with one hand than with two. You're more limited with two hands as you can see. You also want to protect it. If it was a wall behind you. So you don't bring your racquet back or you don't swing back. Then you're going to step forward and you're going to hit the ball in front of you and then you're going to finish your shot right in front of you. Let's do it again. Ready position. I have my grip, ball comes, racquet in the back, don't bring it too back. Step forward, hit it in front of you, finish your shot, come back to the ready position on the center of the court; and that's how a Backhand Volley is done.
