Now we're going to be talking about how to do a slice, a backhand slice is also called a backspin shot. You're going to have your right leg in front of you, your racquet at the top. You want to shift your weight to your right leg and your right shoulder, hit the ball in front of you. Racquet looking forward, go a couple of inches and then that's when you're going to start tilting your racquet just a little and you're going to finish your shot. It's better to do the backhand slice with one hand but you really don't feel that you have power in your right shoulder and you want to try with your two hands, you can also do that. You're going to have your right feet in front of you, your two racquets and here instead of shifting the weight so much to your right shoulder and your right part of your body, you're going to help yourself with your left hand and it's just going to go forward and you're going to let it drop. It's going to probably make your shot go a little shorter but it can definitely give you a good shot on your backhand slice.
