Now we are going to be talking about a common problem that we usually have when we hit a forehand or the backhand with a spin. The problem is that when we contact the ball, many times the ball goes to the net and we wonder well I'm doing everything great what's going wrong? Well if it is going to the net it is probably because you are contacting the ball and when you contacting the ball your racket is already tilted like this, see you can almost see the flame on my racket. Again make sure that your racket is looking forward and that you start tilting it after and you finish tilting it and I am going forward with it, almost like you are brushing the ball. You are going to know that you are doing a good job with your topspin because what you are supposed to do is contact the ball and grabbing at the ball is going to send the ball spinning this way and when it bounces it is going to create a really really high bounce versus the regular bounces you might be getting with your regular shots.
