All right, in this short clip, I'm going to show you the technique, the approach, the release, how to drop the ball into the shot. Let me just show you, and then I'll come back and explain to you what I did. Now, I'm going to find my mark, and I'm going to aim at my mark, or my arrow. At this point, I'm aiming at the 10th board or the second arrow. What I did, was held my ball, and I took a four step approach. Now, it's important to drop the ball, and swing it like a pendulum. You don't force it. You just let it drop, so you take your one, dropping the ball, just let it swing, nice and easy, right through the shot. I say pendulum, because that's exactly what it is. The weight of the ball comes down, straight back, straight forward. Ok, you can hit your mark. What you don't want to do, is swing the ball around your back. What happens? The force of the ball, the weight of the ball, will take you to the right. You'll miss your mark. You don't want to bring it out this way. What will happen? It will force you across your body. You don't want to do that, just let it straight, nice and easy, like a pendulum, straight backwards, forward. Hit your mark, strike.
