skateboard Tricks: Fakie Disaster to Rock n' Roll

A great variation of the fakie ollie disaster is to do the exact same thing, but rolling up forward and turning it into a little pop ,into a rock and roll. So, basically what you want to do is, imagine the trick backwards. So now you're rolling straight up the ramp. You put your weight on the nose or the two front wheels, and just before you get to the top, you pop a little bit, and go up into your rock and then bring it down into fakie. This is just another way that you can kind of put a little bit of flare on to your normal rock and roll and learn a little more control, and put a little more pop into it. And it's a way that you can actually leave the ramp and then land, and then roll in, without really doing an ollie and doing it kind of safe, and landing in the rock position. And then going back down in. So now what you want to do is roll up to the ramp, just like you did fakie, for the fakie ollie disaster, but now you're in an ollie position, with your foot on the nose , and your back foot just about here. Pop on the coping, leave the ramp, land in the rock position, and then put your weight back on the tail, making sure that your wheels and trucks clear the coping and then land in the transition, and go down and roll away fakie and on to the next side of the ramp.
