Getting Out of Handcycles

Hi, my name's Mike Schlappi and I'm talking to you today about hand cycles. So I get back and I would want to set my hand cycle in such a place that hopefully it's semi-stable. Get my wheelchair next to me. My shoulders are now a little bit more tired because I've been out riding and I try to get my feet out here where they need to be. Reach over and shift my hips into my wheelchair and hopefully I'm ready to get back to living. So, that's what you do.
