Tuxedo Outer Seam Measurement

Now after those measurements I would measure where he wears his pants. Usually it's an out seam because I don't, it is not proper for a lady to measure an inseam and I have to tell the people most times between an inseam and an out seam depending where you're going to wear your, your pants would be ten inches. So that's sort of a tried and true axiom. Now I would take it down to about an inch above the floor. They should be measured to the heal of your shoe and then if they're, and they're usually straight across to the heal of the shoe. So I found where he's wearing them. I measured down. I came up with 38 1/2 inches. I would write that down.
