Securing Jack Stand to Change Fuel Pump

Hi, my name is Jeff Fiffie. I'll be showing you how to move and replace a fill pump on a Lincoln Continental. Okay, you check the height of a stand, and it is good. Okay. Now, I want to begin letting out jack, do nice and slowly. Okay, now I have the jack stand position right here, it comes from the manufacturer, where indention was built for jacks or jack stands. We have a flat tire. I want to make sure you position it there, nice and in the center of the jack stand. Let the jack down nice and slowly. You don't want a jack stand to kick from out of there. Jacking your vehicle is one of the most important parts of car repair, safety. Okay. Now, we slide our jack out of the way.
