Using Herbs: Growing an Herb Garden

Hello, my name is Jose Zuniga, and I'm representing expertvillage.com. What do we once we have our herb garden... well there is many uses. One of them would be for salads, or chicken, for fish; well also, you know what you could do: potpourri. Mix it with other herbs and create your own potpourri. Another thing that you could do is, before winter hits your area, like rosemary cut them like in four inches long, put a little knot, hang them in your kitchen for about a week or so, and then cut them down. Put them in a freezer bag, label what it is—you know, rosemary—and you could keep that for about 6 months in your freezer, and that would be just like fresh. You could do that as many herbs as you want. Another thing that you could do is be creative with olive oil, basil, and oregano are the perfect combination. Just add some of that to a bottle, let it sit there for a month or so, when you cook oh my god you got the perfect herb—You don't have to be a cook to enjoy your herb garden. Just have them out there for display: it is going to beatify your house, you are going to have the fresh aroma throughout the year, of fresh herbs. These are some of the many ways that you could use herbs.
