Drumming Posture
Hi my name is Chris and now we are going to talk about posture. Posture is very key to keeping time and keeping form. Now then, when you are playing a drum set if you are hunched over you are more likely to be less accurate when playing drums. Let me demonstrate. Okay, notice that I was hunched over, okay. When I am hunched over that doesn’t allow me much room to function; okay. Now then, if you straighten your back out at a ninety degree angle and have correct posture this allows you to expand your horizons for playing and moving around and being able to function within the drum set.
