On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Angie Yarid from LA Wax and Skincare Center in Miami, Florida, and today we’ll be talking about vitamins, minerals and nutritional and dietary supplements. Okay let’s talk about our immune system. Now there’s where antioxidants come in. Now antioxidants have like red berries or purple berries, which include grape seed extract which is more potent than vitamin C and E, antioxidants help with our immune system, it helps to give us stamina and energy. And this is important because it helps to in the detoxing of the body as well and builds up our immune system. The antioxidant helps with our brain and just making us healthy and feeling good within ourselves. This is important to take on a daily basis. Once again look at the dosage that’s on the container, and make sure that you’re getting the right amount in your daily diet everyday. Antioxidants are important for our immune system.
