Questions & Answers About Vitamins & Skin Care

On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Angie Yarid from LA Wax and Skincare Center in Miami, Florida, and today we’ll be talking about vitamins, minerals and nutritional and dietary supplements. We’ve talk about taking vitamins and minerals, which is important for our well being with our bodies, but before we can do that, it’s also important to detox our system. Detoxing allows the vitamins and the minerals to penetrate through our blood stream and to give us oxygen to the heart, to the brain. So for products to absorb in our system we need to have everything cleansed, which is important. Once again we have to do this to get the benefits of all the products that we’re going to put into our bodies, and for us to feel better, to have healthy bones and to live a very healthy, healthy lifestyle, and to enjoy life and to be able to enjoy the better things that we always look forward to, it’s very, very important to keep our system clean.
