"Little Grass Shack" Dance in Hula Dancing
On behalf of expertvillage.com Aloha, my name is Tama and this is Nani Maka, we are from Tama Leao's Polynesian Productions located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. What we’re going to do is we’re going to teach you the basic of the hula dance. Alright Nani just go ahead and share with these beautiful people out there about “I want to go back to my little grass shack” and show them the motions at the same time that you explain it to them. This is one of your basic hula’s and it has a lot of good motions with it, so this is what it would be I’m just doing the hand motions right now, I want to go back to my little grass shack and I want to be with all the kanes and wahines that I knew long ago. I can hear the old guitars are playing on the beach at Honaunau, I can hear the old Hawaiians saying lomo mai no kaua I ka hale welakaho. It won’t be long till my ship will be sailing back to Kona, it’s a grand old place that’s always fair to see, I’m just a little boy a lonesome island boy I want to go back to my fish and poi, Aloha.
