Now we're going to do petrissage on the arm in prone position. And, for our purposes today, I'm going to have him put his hand behind his back. He has good range of motion for him to do that, so I can show you the petrissage on the arm. Apply your oil. Even glide it into the hands. Then we're going to knead the triceps and the biceps. My hands are shaped like circles, half circles, and I'm going to be kneading back and forth and my body is moving with the stroke. I can also do wringing petrissage. I'm bending down and up into the stroke. Down, up into the stroke and the pressure is coming up into my hand. Move to the forearm, do the pick up and squeeze. The pads of my fingers, my wrists are aligned, and my body is moving with the strokes. I can do that all the way up and down the arm. That's petrissage on the arm in prone.
