Headlight Restoration: 1600 Grit Sandpaper

On this clip I am going to show you how to use the 1,600 grid sand paper. This is the same process you just basically make it even smoother for when I polish it and it will make it smoother to get rid of those scratches. That is the whole point of sanding it down to the lowest grid you can possibly get. It will be easy for you to polish it up. We are making it more fine, more fine as you can see. You definitely want to go through the steps I am showing you because it will be more difficult if you skip it. You know how it is when you skip steps. This feels really smooth already. I am going to wet it down and just wetting it down gives it the original look. This step is finished with the 1,600 and I am going to go ahead and take it to the next step.
