What Not to do With a Salt Glow Treatment

In this clip we're going to talk about what not to do before your salt glow treatment. There are a couple key things you don't want to do. One thing you don't want to do is a sunless bronzing treatment because it's just going to just scrub it right off and you're going to lose that beautiful tan that you worked so hard at at home. Another thing you want to be aware of, is not to shave before hand. I don't know if anyone's ever been in the ocean after shaving. Same feeling, it hurts. If you're going to shave before hand you're going to want to do something like a sugar treatment instead of a salt because it's going to really make this skin, not smooth and delicious looking, it's going to be red, irritated, it hurts. Another thing we don't want to do beforehand is wax. During waxing there's a super exfoliation of the skin and, trust me, it's not going to be comfortable. Keep in mind that if you do need to wax or shave beforehand, then you're going to want to book a sugar scrub instead of a salt. And, any good technician should be asking you if you've already shaved, right Lizzy? "That's right." Luckily in this case, she hasn't.
